Your mission: 

Reporting to the IT Services Manager, you will contribute to various innovative IT projects, including but not limited to the key project focused on optimizing and automating the internal support service desk portal to Jira Cloud. 

You will be involved in: 

  • Redesigning a brand new and fresh service desk portal, elevating the end-user experience for every employee in the company  
  • Monitoring the internal helpdesk, responding to employee’s IT requests and reporting on a monthly basis key metrics to management, suggesting improvements  
  • Configuring role-based access control (RBAC), user accounts and access permissions  
  • Contributing on a regular basis to Information Security & Network Operations 
  • Asset management, MDM (JAMF) configuration and asset automation (software & hardware)  
  • Systems administration (Azure Cloud) and automation, including scripting innovative solutions   

Requirements

The experience you bring 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent) 
  • Experience in System Administration desirable 
  • PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Python Scripting desirable 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Apple environments 
  • Analytical & problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Fluency in English
