Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule allowing 2 days PW home working, collaborating closely with colleagues in our Rolle corporate office. You should be in a location that allows you to comfortable commute 3x per week.

Your mission

Reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain you will be responsible for monitoring and manging material inventory levels to support production planning, avoiding stockouts or overstock situations. You will join us on a contract until March/April 2026 to support a period of maternity leave.

The value you add:

  • Responsible for all inventory levels to support production and assembly
  • Maintain accurate records of material tansactions, stock movement and inventory within the ERP
  • Collaborate over material planning activities such as forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment strategies.
  • Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time material availability.
  • Identify and escalate potential supply chain disruptions or delays.
  • Communicate monthly KPIs within the supply chain team.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts.

Requirements

We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:

  • Minimum 1 year working experience within Materials Management. Internships or Trainee working experience will be considered
  • Direct working experience with an ERP/MRP systems is essential, with strong competency in MS Excel
  • Additional experience across other supply chain verticals with knowledge of supply chains involvement in the order to cash process is valuable
  • Understanding of the bill of material concept highly valuable
  • A highly analytical and methodical mindset to approaching tasks
