Bring your knowledge & passion for healthcare to SOPHiA GENETICS as our new Proposition & Content Marketing Lead in a 1 year temp to perm contract for Rolle (CH), Bidart (FR) or Boston (US) - remote to be discuss.

Your mission:

As a Proposition & Content Lead your main responsibility is to be responsible for supporting the sales team in pre- and post-sales activities by delivering best-in-class content of all forms, supporting, and contributing to both acquisition and farming opportunities.  

Also, you are responsible for planning, executing and tracking all marketing activities assigned to create pipeline and leads for the Sales teams.

Requirements

The value you add:

  • Develops value proposition statements for the SOPHiA GENETICS portfolio of services and products tailored to BioPharma companies.
  • Defines key messages across various buyer personas, aligning them with critical stages in their journey. This involves emphasizing product and company values, as well as differentiators, informed by thorough monitoring of market trends, competitors’ positioning, and advertising messaging.
  • Manages the development, deployment, and maintenance of all product communication materials on time and within budget.
  • Establishes the go-to market strategy for the assigned business and actively creates and monitors multi-channel campaigns.
  • Collaborates with third party vendors necessary to ensure comprehensive coverage across relevant channels and targeted audiences.
  • Works closely with Sales and Product Management to ensure continuous alignment with business strategy, establishing pertinent marketing tactics that empower Sales teams to meet their targets, and delivering campaigns in a timely manner.

The experience you bring

  • Advanced scientific degree, as Ph.D. in Life Sciences or related field, is required. 
  • 5 + years of integrated marketing experience in a healthcare-related sector (Biopharma, BioTech, MedTech, Healthcare Service, Healthcare Agency) is required along with knowledge of Real-World Data (RWD)                      .
  • Fluent in English is a must. Any other language would be an asset.
  • Storytelling and writing skills. 
  • Killed it at formulating differentiated valued proposition statements based on information provided.
  • Extensive mastery of email marketing and marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred), Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM platforms (especially Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management platforms.
  • Experience with defining marketing strategy and creating marketing campaigns and marketing plans.
