Covering a period of maternity leave, this is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension. Ideally, you'll be in proximity to our Boston, MA corporate office and be able to spend time on site collaborating with stakeholders, but exceptionally strong candidates from across the North East / East Coast could be considered.

Your Mission

As our North America Field Marketing Manager, you will create, own, and implement campaigns and marketing tactics as part of awareness campaigns, targeted account-based marketing or product launch campaigns for all marketing activities assigned to create pipeline and leads for the Sales teams in the North America Region.

You will have the opportunity to create and own new initiatives and support our fast-growing organization. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and flexible person with the capacity to work independently on projects to completion.

The vale you bring

  • Drive and execute the go-to-market strategy across North Americ across SOPHiA GENETICS coverage area SOPHiA GENETICS' (BioPharma, SaaS in healthcare & genomics, Rare Disease, and Oncology Applications)
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Teams, and enable them with commercially focused marketing activity, ensuring that regional marketing plans and all activities support the global marketing objectives
  • Creating alignment with the company's brand standards, corporate messaging, positioning and brand development, while regionalizing messaging to the given targeted persona 
  • Support planning and management of global conferences and events in messaging, speaker selection, on-site activities and sales briefings in collaboration with regional event lead. 
  • Track agreed KPI's including NQL, SQL and Revenue-Pipeline to measure ROI of commercial marketing campaigns. This includes creating performance dashboards with user engagement metrics across channels and orchestrate the communication of outcomes to Sales, Product Management up to the ET. 
  • Convert customer and market insight into core marketing briefs and strategic marketing plans that drive successful lead generation thanks to impactful and customized product launch campaigns.  
  • Define key messages and visual identity of the booth for local conferences interacting with the graphic designer(s) and the regulatory team for final approval (content and graphics) 

Requirements

  • 3 + years of integrated marketing experience in a healthcare-related sector (Biopharma, BioTech, MedTech, Healthcare Service, Healthcare Agency) with awareness of Reulatory and Compliance processes is required 
  • Direct experience supporting and enabling sales in a commercialised environent, ideally with field/regional sales teams.
  • Proven ability to drive marketing activity inline with sales funnels, coupled with knowledge of NQL, SQL and Revenue metrics.
  • Understanding of event management processes  
  • Extensive mastery of email marketing and marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred), Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM platforms (especially Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management platforms.
