We’re looking for a Sales & Data Analysis Intern to support the growth of our Alamut portfolio by combining lead generation, outreach strategies, and data-driven decision-making. This is a great opportunity for students in life sciences or business who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, global commercial team. 

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, your role will bridge sales operations and data insights to enhance customer engagement and pipeline development. 

You will be involved in: 

Sales Support & Lead Generation  

  • Assists the sales team in identifying potential buyers, generating leads, and contributing to outreach efforts. 
  • Engage with prospective accounts through inbound and outbound emails/calls to identify sales opportunities and qualify leads to help build a pipeline. 
  • Partner closely with the inside sales team to support regional sales objectives and sales territory coverage as needed. 
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales team.  
  • Implement and support new sales outreach strategies.  
  • Collaborate with Sales Operation department in registering into different tender platforms in order to proactively manage tender notification and application. 

Usage Metrics & sales analysis 

  • Support inside sales manager by analyzing sales performance data using Sales force, generate reports, and provide relevant insights to support strategic decision-making. 
  • Monitor and analyze usage metrics, generate reports and provide meaningful information on customer usage to Inside sales team. 
  • Support the Alamut Usage App project.

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Life Science, Business, Sales or related field
  • Exposure to different sales tools, such as: Salesforce, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Groove, Use of Excel 
  • Organizational skills  
  • Proactivity  
  • Problem-solving skills  
  • Excellent French and English written and oral communications skills (any other language is a plus) 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Ability to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently
