Our Emerging Leader Program crossed the Atlantic for its third cohort of the year. SOPHiANs representing Data Science, Implementation, Marketing, People, Product and Strategy joined us from California, Massachusetts, Ohio, Utah, Wisconsin, and even all the way from Brazil.
We work with healthcare institutions and BioPharma partners around the world, and our talent programs are just as global. From Rolle to Boston, we invest in and develop our leaders where our people and customers are.
Together, participants shared experiences and explored what it takes to lead and inspire within their teams and cross-functionally: creating alignment around shared goals, building influence, and staying agile through change. When our leaders grow, the impact reaches far beyond the room: stronger teams, better-served customers and, ultimately, more positive outcomes for patients.
It was truly special to have everyone together. A huge thank you to our participants who brought their experience, curiosity and willingness to learn.
