Due to the nature of their work, some colleagues spend up to 100% of their time onsite. You can expect this if you're exploring roles in our R&D Wet Lab, or within our Supply Chain and Logistics teams.
HYBRID
We believe our SOPHiANs collaborate best when we're working together. You'll find most roles take advantage of a hybrid schedule attached to one of our brand-new offices, giving the flexibility of 2 days per week working from home.
FIELD & REMOTE
We have colleagues across 27 countries, and some of those SOPHiANs are remote in the field. You're most likely to see roles like this in a regional teams in our Sales, Commercial and GTM Functions, where being close to the customer is important.

Our new office in Fenway, right above Time Out Market. The space is bright and open, flooded with natural light and designed to encourage connection. Allowing the outside to come in is important in all of our offices, so natural light is always key! There are spacious, shared areas for collaboration, as well as cozy nooks when you need to hunker down and focus.
"One of my favorite daily rituals (which we picked up from our European colleagues) is a shared lunch. We avoid hurried sandwiches at desks; everyone pulls up a chair and for a little while, it feels more like a family meal than a work break. Our home in the Basque Country, this office is the base for much of our Technology and Engineering teams. The space spans two floors with open-plan work areas, bright meeting rooms, and a balcony that runs along the building—ideal for stepping out for some air during the day. It also includes a ping pong table, foosball, and a well-lit cafeteria for informal breaks.
