In this new episode of Our Talents, Our DNA, we’re introducing Ayssar Mahamoud, Customer Success Manager for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Ayssar’s role is about building relationships. He works closely with oncologists, pathologists, and geneticists to ensure they get the most out of our solution, helping them reach their goals and ultimately support better patient outcomes.

But his journey didn’t start there.

At one point, Ayssar realized he wanted to be closer to people, closer to customers, closer to impact. Instead of staying in his original role, he asked questions, explored his strengths, and worked with our Talent Management team to understand how he could grow into something new.

His journey is proof that careers don’t have to follow one straight line. New opportunities can open even in completely different departments with curiosity, initiative, and the right support.
