From our Bidart office, between the ocean and the mountains, this new episode of Our Talents, Our DNA introduces Tatiana, part of our Accounts Receivable team at SOPHiA GENETICS.

Tatiana has been with us for two years, playing a key role in supporting our customers: from invoicing and cash collection to answering their day-to-day questions. Her work sits at the intersection of finance and customer relationships, where attention to detail meets a strong business mindset. 
Her journey to SOPHiA GENETICS is shaped by diverse experiences: starting in sales, then moving into auditing at a Big4 firm. This combination gave her both analytical rigor and a strong understanding of business and customer needs. 

The company’s mission had a personal meaning for her, especially after losing a family member to cancer. Being part of something that contributes to healthcare made her decision to join even more impactful. 
Her advice is to not be afraid to ask questions, connect with people across teams, and most importantly, not to be afraid to make mistakes - that’s where the real learning happens.
