Last week, we welcomed another cohort of SOPHiANs to our Emerging Leader Program. 

This session put a particular focus on something many leaders experience every day: how do you create impact when the people you need to work with don’t necessarily report to you? 

Working across functions means bringing different priorities, expertise, and perspectives together. Throughout the training, participants explored how to build influence, strengthen cross-functional relationships, communicate with different stakeholders, and create alignment around shared goals. 
There was plenty of space to exchange real experiences too, learning from situations participants have faced themselves and hearing how others approach similar challenges across different parts of SOPHiA GENETICS.
