The Emerging Leader Program has kicked off! 🚀

This October, we kicked off the Emerging Leader Program with two energetic and interactive sessions, each running 1.5 days. The goal? To prepare SOPHiA's leaders for the challenges ahead.

 

Each session has brought together a great mix of experienced leaders and aspiring people managers, creating an awesome space for learning from each other through rich conversations, peer-to-peer learning, and some seriously insightful discussions.

This custom-made program is very practical— our middle managers are provided with real tools they can start using right away, like:

  • Setting clear goals and managing performance
  • Motivating and energizing their teams
  • Giving constructive, useful feedback
  • Having coaching conversations that matter
  • Building influence and trust to help teams thrive

It was a fantastic experience with lots of idea-sharing and personal stories!

We have two more sessions planned this year and in Q1 2025, for our virtual leaders and in Boston. More sessions will be scheduled next year.
