Internship Project: Help us improve internal processes and tools (focus on AI) in order to provide excellent services for our Customers 

Complete an internship project at SOPHiA GENETICS whose mission is to build the future of AI-assisted medicine. Joining the Customer Services team as a Junior Customer Services Specialist with a focus on Projects. 

 

Your mission: 

Reporting to the Senior Customer Support Manager you will help with projects that can help us analyse data, train AI tools and scale our team. 

 

You will be involved in: 

  • Data curation for the AI implementation project: Make sure our data is accurate, searchable, and have the necessary information to be used by AI. Review and update internal knowledge, review and tag manually customer services tickets. 
  • Customer Knowledge base creation: Write FAQs, and step-by-step instructions 
  • “Customer-360” story creation for a selected list of customers 
  • Some day-to-day customer services activities 

What you will learn: 

  • Project management best practices and tools 
  • AI tools 
  • Ticketing system and other technical tools, such as Jira, Miro 
  • Customer support and Customer relationship building 

Requirements

  • Degree in a technical or business field (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business and Administration) or equivalent experience   
  • Basic experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Other) 
  • Very good command of English (orally and written)
