Your Mission
Reporting to the VP, Legal Affairs you will manage and oversee a variety of contract types including master service agreements, business associate agreements, and material transfer agreements, primarily focused on healthcare and life sciences. You will play a key role in reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with industry-specific regulations to support our commercial and research collaborations in the North America region.
