The nature of this role means you can expect to be in the office 5 days PW, connected to our Warehouse and Lab environment at our site in Rolle, Switzerland.

Your Mission 

Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Manager, you will have hands-on involvement in daily production and warehouse operations with responsibility for quality, project management, and troubleshooting activities. You will ensure smooth material flows, maintain WMS accuracy, and drive continuous improvement to support operational excellence. 

  • Perform hands-on daily operational activities across production and warehouse areas. 
  • Execute inbound and outbound goods flow, stock inspections, and ERP-based warehouse management (WMS). 
  • Execute production orders and related WMS transactions to ensure timely delivery and support for customer orders. 
  • Oversee and resolve production and warehouse customer complaints within defined timelines. 
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects. 
  • Manage production projects with cross functional teams. 
  • Support equipment management to ensure compliance, report events, and create or update documentation as required. 
  • Ensure alignment and compliance with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to meet all internal procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements; take corrective measures when necessary. 
  • Manage and follow-up quality records from initiation, troubleshooting to closure, including change controls. 
  • Implement and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans, including updates or creation of procedures and execution of relevant training activities. 
  • Report and escalate issues to higher management levels when appropriate, ensuring transparency and timely resolution. 

Requirements

  • You’ll bring direct working experience in manufacturing, purchasing, inventory management, supply chain operations
  • Direct exposure to Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical or similar scientific product with knowledge of GxPs or GMP with regulated or chemical products.
  • Hands on experience using ERP Software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in Quality management (deviation, change control, CAPA, troubleshooting) is required.
  • Knowledge of  project management processes and cross functional work.  
  • You’ll be meticulous, highly organized and comfortable working at pace.
  • Strong fluency in English and French is required.
