Your mission

You will be part of the team responsible for cash collection, invoicing, cash reconciliation, and day-to-day Credit Control/AR operations. This role will support our Accounts Receivable activity, with a focus on the Swiss legal entity — an important entity that serves customers across markets where we do not have a local legal entity.

The value you add

• Own accounts receivable and credit control activity for the Swiss legal entity.
• Prepare and process accurate customer invoices, ensuring sales orders are checked before invoicing.
• Drive daily cash collection and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Reconcile payments against invoices across CHF, USD, EUR, CAD, and other currencies.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, audit, and ERP-related AR activities.

Requirements

To be best set for success, we see you bringing:

• 4–5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, credit control, or a closely related finance operations role.
• Solid understanding of invoicing, payments, cash reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
• Experience working with international customers, multi-currency payments, or cross-border invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail when checking sales orders, preparing invoices, and reconciling payments.
