You’ve learned the theory. Now you want to see how IT actually works inside a company.
We’re looking for someone who has recently completed their studies, or is available for the next 6–9 months, and wants to gain their first meaningful experience in a corporate IT environment.
This internship is an opportunity to work directly with the systems, tools and infrastructure that employees rely on every day. You won’t just observe from the side. You’ll have your own project, contribute to day-to-day IT operations, solve real problems and work alongside experienced colleagues across IT, Information Security and Network Operations.
Your main project will be the redesign, optimization and automation of our internal IT Service Desk portal in Jira Cloud - improving how employees across the company request and receive IT support.
Along the way, you’ll get exposure to system administration, cloud environments, automation, asset management, access management and IT service management.
Think about everything that needs to work behind the scenes for employees to do their jobs: laptops, accounts, permissions, software, cloud systems, access requests and IT support.
This internship puts you right in the middle of it.
At the same time, you’ll become part of the everyday life of the IT team - helping employees with technical requests, working with our systems and contributing to ongoing IT, security and network initiatives.
Requirements
We don’t expect you to arrive knowing everything. We’re looking for someone with solid technical foundations, curiosity and the motivation to learn quickly by doing.
We’d like to meet someone who:
Experience with system administration is a plus, but we care much more about your foundations, mindset and willingness to learn than having already done everything on this list.
Benefits
By the end of the internship, you’ll have worked with technologies and challenges that are part of everyday IT operations in an international corporate environment.
You’ll gain practical experience with:
Company-wide events and activities - take part in company events, Town Halls, internal initiatives and social activities alongside the rest of our employees.
All our internships and apprenticeships are paid, with compensation aligned with local market practices and standards.
Location: Boston, US
Start: October 2026 (duration - 6-9 months)
Contract type: Internship contract
Application process
Apply now with your CV and any supporting information.
Suitably qualified candidates will be invited through an interview and screening process where you will speak with a member of Talent Management Team, the hiring leader, alongside a key colleague.
All resumes should be in English for a successful review!
