We are looking for a Junior Customer Services Specialist Intern to join our Customer Services Department for a six-month internship and support the transformation of our Commercial Support Operations.

We want our Opportunity-to-Order processes to be clearer and more efficient, our CRM data to be accurate and ready to support reporting, automation and AI, our teams to have documentation they can actually rely on and to prepare for the next generation of our CRM and CPQ environment.

You will contribute to several transformation initiatives across Commercial Support Operations.

• Help improve our Opportunity-to-Order process. Track improvement actions, KPIs and milestones, coordinate cross-functional follow-ups and help turn agreed improvements into clear, documented action plans.
• Make our CRM data more reliable. Working in cooperation with Revenue Operations, identify gaps in critical Salesforce data, support data-quality analysis and help track remediation actions. The goal is data that is accurate, searchable and ready to support reporting, automation and future AI initiatives.
• Turn processes into knowledge. Create and maintain process maps, how-to articles and practical documentation, and contribute to our CRM/CPQ Playbook and internal Knowledge Base.
• Help prepare the future of CRM & CPQ. Document business requirements and current pain points and gather key inputs for our future CRM/CPQ architecture, contributing to the development of a business case.
• Work with data and KPIs. Support dashboards and reporting to help teams understand progress and make informed decisions.
• Experiment with AI. Participate in testing AI initiatives and explore how new tools can support commercial and customer-service operations.
• Get close to our customers. Support day-to-day Customer Services activities and develop an understanding of what customer centricity looks like in practice.

Requirements

You might be studying Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or another business or technical field. More important than the exact name of your degree is your interest in understanding how people, processes, data and technology come together.

You will probably enjoy this internship if:

• You are naturally organized and like turning complicated information into something structured and actionable.
• You are comfortable working with data and have strong attention to detail - you notice when something doesn't quite add up.
• You have used AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot and are curious about how they can improve the way teams work.
• You enjoy coordinating projects, following up on actions and helping keep different people moving toward the same goal.
• You are interested in technology and commercial tools. Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Jira or Miro is a plus.
• You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating with others and are comfortable working across teams.
• You have a can-do attitude and don't mind jumping between strategic transformation projects and practical day-to-day tasks.
• You have a very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Previous experience with project management is highly valued, but we don't expect you to arrive knowing everything. Curiosity, ownership and your willingness to learn matter just as much.
