Our mission

We believe there is a smarter, more data-driven way to make decisions in healthcare and our cloud-native AI powered SOPHiA DDM Platform makes that vision a reality on a daily basis. You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.

Your mission

Reporting to the Order Management and Distribution Expert Lead within Customer Experience, you will manage customer orders end-to-end, from receipt of purchase orders through system processing, coordination of shipment, delivery follow-up and issue resolution, ensuring a high level of care, accuracy and responsiveness throughout the process.

The value you bring

  • Manage customer purchase orders in a B2B environment, ensuring they are accurately reviewed, processed and followed through to delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners to organise shipments, monitor delivery progress and support resolution of delays or claims
  • Work confidently with ERP workflows and automated order processes, understanding how orders move through systems and helping resolve exceptions when needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Customer Experience, production, logistics and commercial teams to provide a proactive, seamless customer experience

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of direct working experience in order management, customer order processing, or distribution/logistics coordination within an international B2B environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full order workflow, from receiving customer requests or purchase orders through to shipment follow-up and delivery completion
  • Exposure to international shipping, transport coordination, customs/import-export or regulated product environments would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of ERP systems is mandatory, and comfort working with process automation tools or system-driven workflows would be highly beneficial
  • Customer-facing or direct client interaction experience would be a nice to have

As a public organisation facing ongoing commercial growth, you will bring a customer-first, solutions-focused and collaborative mindset that embraces team support, accountability, change, growth and inclusion. This is a role for someone who will go the extra mile, work proactively, and take ownership rather than operate in silos.

As an international organisation, English is our primary business language and you will need to bring full fluency in English. As part of your recruitment journey, you should expect to meet English-only speakers, so for best chances of success, you should include your CV in English. Non-English CVs have a high likelihood of being rejected at application stage
